In most instances SMBs are offered a scaled down UC package that is designed primarily for enterprise customers. However, the needs and calling patterns of SMBs can be entirely different to those of enterprise users. If you need to call, HR, Marketing, Legal or IT these are usually internal calls for an enterprise user but it could be an external call for an SMB user as they might outsource these business functions.

InTouch allows users to communicate with internal and external contacts easily across multiple platforms of communication via Telephony, Microsoft Outlook, Skype, MSN, and Yahoo.
